SENIOR) PROJECT MANAGER M&A ADVISORY

at any time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our offices in Munich, Cologne or Hamburg

Your mission

• You accompany and lead our consulting projects in the M&A Advisory topic, mainly for our Private Equity customers
• You are responsible for leading teams carrying out buy-side advisory for small- and mid-cap Private Equity fonds (typically Commercial and / or Operational Due Diligences) or sell-side mandates
• In your role you will lead project teams of consultants and experts, besides you will be responsible for the development of our analysts and young consultants

Your profile

• A completed master’s degree from a well-known university
• A minimum of 5 years professional experience with another management consultancy or Private Equity company with track-record in the areas Commercial and / or Operational Due Diligence and M&A Advisory (buy- and sell-side)
• Extensive project experience with a corresponding breadth of content from the subject areas of the listed activities
• You have an established network in the DACH Private Equity industry
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• You are fluent in German and English and perhaps speak another foreign language
