As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Java Developer to join our team. This role offers the unique opportunity to work on impactful projects while mentoring junior developers , helping them grow alongside you.

What You’ll Do :

• Work on the design, development, and maintenance of a high-performance cyber security product using Java , Spring Boot , and JPA .
• Collaborate closely with our architecture and DevOps teams to implement secure, scalable, and reliable solutions .
• Mentor and guide junior developers , fostering a culture of growth, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence.
• Leverage your strong understanding of databases , Docker , and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and operation of microservices-based systems.
• Participate in code reviews , troubleshooting, and performance tuning to maintain high standards of code quality and system efficiency.

Your Expertise :

• Extensive experience in Java development with a deep understanding of Spring Boot and JPA .
• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL / NoSQL) you know how to design, optimize, and manage complex data models.
• Proven experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• A background in microservices architecture and cloud-native applications is a plus.
• Previous experience mentoring or leading junior developers, with a passion for helping others succeed.
• A strong interest in cybersecurity or willingness to dive deep into the field.
• Fluency in German is preferred, with English proficiency required.
