As a Controller, you will play a pivotal role in financial planning, analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker who is fluent in both German and English and comfortable working in a fast and international environment.

Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting processes Develop, analyze, and monitor KPIs to assess financial performance and provide actionable insights to C-Level management and our international parent company AONIC Conduct budget planning and forecasting, identifying risks and opportunities for cost efficiency and growth Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to provide financial guidance on business initiatives and projects Ensure compliance with accounting standards Present financial data, analyses and recommendations to key stakeholders and our international parent company AONIC Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field 3-5 years of relevant experience in controlling, financial analysis or related areas Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken) Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and present it effectively High level of accuracy, attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels Benefits Work Life Balance We value rest and work life balance, we offer you 30 days of paid vacation days Commuter Benefits We provide you with public transportation tickets Professional Development We support you in deepening your skills and provide you an annual education budget of 1.
