Join us as Head of Intercom Product Management (m / f / d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the Intercom Product Management Team at Riedel and drive the team to continue to develop world class intercom products in Riedel’s chosen markets
  • Build product strategies and roadmaps to deliver growth and strengthen competitive positioning
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop financial business cases for New Product developments
  • Develop core product messaging and positioning with the Business Development & Marketing teams
  • Manage the intercom part of tenders where roadmap items are required

THAT'S YOU

  • Deep experience in Product Management with 5+ years experience in a software / hardware manufacturing business with international customer base
  • Proven track record of successful new product development using Stage Gate and Agile processes
  • Strong knowledge of Intercom production workflows, audio processing, IP media networks and cloud production is essential
  • English (fluent – must have), Other languages (German is a plus)
  • Mobility and willingness to travel
