Howyou will create an impact :

• You will develop and implement global recruiting strategies that focus on cross-country searches.
• You will manage the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
• You will collaborate globally with hiring managers to analyze demand and define job profiles.
• As a strategic sparring partner, you will advise and support hiring managers in identifying target markets.
• Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates from various countries will be a key aspect of your work.
• You will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain global talent pools.
• You will regularly analyzeand report on recruiting KPIs.

Aboutyou :

• You have several years of experience in global recruiting, preferably in an international environment, ideally in the professional services sector or a corporate environment.
• You have a degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
• Your strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will drive success in a dynamic environment.
• You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• You are familiar with modern recruiting tools and techniques.
• You are experienced in cross-country recruiting and have a strong understanding of cultural differences and how to navigate them.
• You are fluent in English.
