Howyou will create an impact :
- You will develop and implement global recruiting strategies that focus on cross-country searches.
- You will manage the entire recruiting process, from job posting to hiring.
- You will collaborate globally with hiring managers to analyze demand and define job profiles.
- As a strategic sparring partner, you will advise and support hiring managers in identifying target markets.
- Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates from various countries will be a key aspect of your work.
- You will ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain global talent pools.
- You will regularly analyzeand report on recruiting KPIs.
Aboutyou :
- You have several years of experience in global recruiting, preferably in an international environment, ideally in the professional services sector or a corporate environment.
- You have a degree in business administration, psychology, human resource management, or a similar field.
- Your strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will drive success in a dynamic environment.
- You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- You are familiar with modern recruiting tools and techniques.
- You are experienced in cross-country recruiting and have a strong understanding of cultural differences and how to navigate them.
- You are fluent in English.
