An Amazing opportunity to join an international Project Management & Cost Consultancy and lead their German division.

Location : Frankfurt / Berlin or Munich

Salary : €160,000 - €180,000 basic + Bonus + Package

Languages : - Fluent German (B2 as a minimum) and Fluent English

Role Description :

The Resolute Group is working in partnership with an International Management Consultancy that focuses on providing Project management and cost services to the building sector.

Working directly with clients, focused on Logistics, Commercial, Industrial, Life Sciences and Data centres.

Reporting to the Group MD your role is to take responsibility for the German region, controlling 3x offices in Frankfurt, Berlin and Munich.

Your duties will vary as you will have full autonomy for the region but the core areas you will focus on will include :

Lead the Strategic planning for the business unit

Working with the Group MD and other Regional MDs in building a successful road map for targeting successful sectors, clients and skill shortages in the industry.

Managing Associate Directors and their respective teams.

Supporting and developing the existing teams as well as looking at growth opportunities to expand across potential new sectors.

Full financial control for the German division.

Hitting financial targets and setting future budgets and financial projections for the division.

Client & Stakeholder relationships

Maximising the existing client base while actively developing new relationships, be it in the existing sectors or identifying new sectors to target.

This would be a great opportunity either for an established leader working for a consultancy in Germany or for a No2 looking for their first MD role.

You need to be living and established in Germany to be considered for this role, coming from a Consultancy environment as you will need to understand the industry and building sectors.

If you have worked in either Project Management or Cost consultancy in the following sectors as a Associate Director or Director level you could be considered for this position.

Required Experience

• Degree in Project Management or Commercial subject
• Strong knowledge of HOAI and FIDIC
• German (B2 minimum) and English fluent written and spoken
• Proven leading in a Consultancy environment Buildings, Construction, Commercial, Industrial, Automotive, Life science or Data Centres.
