(Senior) System Integration Engineer- In-Vehicle Diagnostics Technologies (m/f/d)

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Technical Lead for in-vehicle diagnostics & associated services consumed by vehicle production, service organization and digital business models
- Integrating the technical development steps End-2-End with various development partners
- Plan, steer and control the defined project goals by defining appropriate communciation, dashboards, reports and milestiones for you scope (diagnostcis for a set of vehicles of the the Volkswagen Group)
- Ensure project milestones regarding technique, budget, timing and quality and track progress
- Prepare project related decisions and present the respective project status in relevant committees and boards (senior management and above)
- Define and integrate technical processes & tools for testing of compositions of multiple ECUs
- Contribute to a mature project execution practice (fast schedule, predictable outcomes, risks are identified and addressed, etc.)
WHO YOU ARE
- Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or comparable studies
- Experience in leading teams and people without power, ability to resolve conflicts and mediate
- Must have : Experience in in-vehicle diagnostics and test management in the area of embedded systems / automotive ECUs
- Nice to have : Experience in diagnostics stack bring-up, i.e., configuration DEM, FIM, DCM and RTE generation for AUTOSAR targets
- Very good English skills, both spoken and written
