Our client, a groundbreaking family business in medical manufacturing with over 150 years of history, seeks a Sr. HRBP to lead in Germany.
With a global presence, 2000 employees, and a substantial 2022 turnover, the company epitomizes innovation and performance.
The Sr. HRBP will play a pivotal role in driving strategic change and aligning HR practices with business goals, acting as a key agent of transformation.
Your Responsibilities :
- HR Leadership and Management : Lead HR operations for our client in Germany, including process development, adherence to corporate strategy, and budget management.
- Employee and Manager Support : Act as a business partner, provide HR advice, and manage employee relations, recruitment, payroll, and compliance with employment laws.
- Process and Policy Implementation : Oversee HR processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and manage training, development, and talent management activities.
- Reporting and Analysis : Analyze KPIs, run statistics, and initiate corrective actions; support audits and annual closings.
- Global and Local Integration : Collaborate with Group HR, participate in global projects, and support business-relevant activities and efficiency improvements within the HR team.
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Economics, Business Administration, Arts, or equivalent; 6+ years HR experience in relevant sectors, preferably in SMEs.
- Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Deep knowledge of German labor law, Works Constitution Act, income tax, social security law, and payroll.
- Strong business partnering, advisory skills, and process design expertise; excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication.
- High adaptability, assertiveness, and capacity to perform under pressure; experienced in international environments and willing to travel.
