We are actively investing in our German operations to further strengthen our service offerings and expand our presence. As an Account Manager / Consultant, you will become an integral part of our mission to improve healthcare safety and quality in Germany and beyond :

The tasks :

As a consultant in one of our consulting teams, you will play an important role in the implementation of RLDatix software products for our German Customers.

Your tasks will include

Team work and independent project management, maintenance of our software products and follow-up support
Creating and implementing customer-specific solutions
Implementation, installation and documentation of our software solutions
Contact person for customers
Carrying out training courses

Who we are looking for :

We are looking for candidates who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry by providing excellent customer service.

Ideal candidates should have :

Degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training.
Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility.
Willingness to visit our customers in Regensburg / Bamberg, among others
A background in implementing software projects (HR software) would be advantageous
Experience in conducting user workshops (planning, leading and taking minutes of meetings) would be advantageous
Problem-solver mentality
Good written and spoken German (C1 / C2 Level) skills
