Introduction JOIN US! We seek a New Business Development Executive to join our SymphonyAI Retail CPG team! Job Description Key Responsibilities : This is a great role that will be leading from the front where you will be key to building new sales pipeline opportunities.

Discovery process : Developing a deep understanding of the named accounts, through (but not limited to) the following : Mapping the organizational structures Identifying key decision makers / influencers Understanding the IT landscape Identifying the whitespace in terms of solution gaps Documenting the business strategy / challenges / opportunities of the account as it relates to Symphony Retail AI’s solutions Using all available marketing tools and materials to best effect Formulating Strategies : On completion of the discovery process you will formulate strategies and / or tactics to successfully engage with the accounts including : Collaborating with the Solution Consulting team to ensure the value proposition is effectively communicated to the targets Owning, nurturing and lead generation of campaigns with these nominated accounts with a view to identifying sales opportunities to hand over to the sales executives at the right point in time Working with Marketing to develop appropriate content and programs Developing and maintaining strong business relationships with your accounts Key Requirements : You will have prior experience in a similar role, preferably working with retail or CPG software and / or application software.

We are looking for you to demonstrate : A love of building strong client / prospect relationships, creating trust and rapport Proven experience of demand generation Excellent knowledge of inside sales processes and able to exploit them fully Skills in research and collation of relevant market information and analysis Fantastic communication skills and enjoy speaking with and listening to clients Strong team work ethic, a desire to support and create opportunities for your colleagues Proven planning and organization skills, you’re a "self-starter" who can prioritize! European language skills - fluent English and German.
