Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online.
Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories.

We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
As an Regional Key Account Manager (all genders), Hygiene you support your team in driving the customer strategy for a key national customer, driving and executing business growth plans as set by the Sales Leadership Team.
Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll :
- Manage independently your own customer region in terms of customer meetings, listings, POs, regional budget of one of the biggest national retail customers
- Strategic development of customer-specific best practice models through effectiveness analyses of advertisement, pricing, shelf placement, and range of products for particular focus customersOf the 4P (Product, Promotion, Placement, Price)* strategies within particular focus customers
- Analysing of 4P gaps to identify opportunities and risks
- Developing and implementation of customer-specific projects and activations
- Conducting of LSM / 4P opportunities and risk analyses for particular focus customers
- closing LSM / 4P gaps and use possible improvements
- Preparation of presentations in collaboration with other departments
- Correspondence with customers
- Creating Sales analyses and collecting and editing of market data
- Preparation and post-processing of customer meetings of year end talks
- Promotion evaluations and analyses, price analyses, Update information (Promo Tracking, Promos, Listings)
The experience we're looking for
- At least a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably with a focus on sales, trade or marketing, or a comparable qualification
- Demonstrable experience in Sales including FMCG with a minimum of minimum 2 years
- You're proactive and thrive on making a significant impact in a fast-paced setting.
- Demonstrated ability in both financial and commercial analysis.
- Exceptional at interpreting data, market trends, and translating them into actionable sales directives.
- Confident in your communication skills, able to convey complex information succinctly.
- Collaborative in nature, with a track record of working effectively within diverse teams.
- Highly skilled in account management, with a savvy for ecommerce and field sales.
- Achieved a balance between strategic planning and impeccable execution.
- Fluent in both : German and English.
