Unser Kunde ist ein erfolgreiches Scale-Up in einem Onlinebusiness. Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Kunden einen Juristen (m / w / d) zum Management aller rechtlichen Fragestellungen in Koordination mit externen Anwälten am Arbeitsplatz in Berlin Mitte.
Aufgabengebiet
- Steuerung aller juristischen Fragestellungen
- Arbeit mit vorhandenen Vertragsmustern und Vorlagen
- Koordination des Datenschutz im Austausch mit einem externen Datenschutzbeauftragten
- Beantwortung von Betroffenenanfragen, Pflege der Verarbeitungsverzeichnisse
- Vertragserstellungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Sales
- Ansprechpartner für die Geschäftsführung
- Koordination externen Kanzleien
Anforderungsprofil
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium als Wirtschaftsjurist (LL.M.) oder mit dem 2. juristischen Staatsexamen
- Erfahrungen im Datenschutz und Vertragsrecht
- Selbständige Arbeitsweise und hohe Einsatzfreude
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
