Project Manager IT Healthcare (m/f/d) with 100% home office
We are looking for a Project Manager IT Healthcare (m / f / d) for our partner company in the healthcare sector.
You will be responsible for taking on and managing innovative projects in the field of hospital IT . The focus will be on the RIS (Radiology Information System) and on IT solutions in the clinical environment of cardiology or intensive care medicine .
The company is a manufacturer of IT solutions for medical facilities . This position is based in the department that handles the project management, implementation and subsequent support of the IT systems.
The position can be 100% home-based, with little travel to customers.
A start is possible immediately or at a later date.
The position is part of a temporary employment contract (permanent position with Randstad).

Your tasks
- Leading and accompanying management of IT projects in the areas of RIS (Radiology Information System), cardiology and intensive care medicine
- Management of the entire project cycle (from requirements to implementation)
- Time, resource and budget management and definition of milestones
- Creation of project management plans, schedules, installation plans and other necessary project documents
- Management of performance adjustments (scope & budget) in the event of changes to the framework conditions during the course of the project (change management)
- Coordination and motivation of all project staff and stakeholders in order to achieve the project goals in the best possible way
- Escalation & and risk management of the assigned projects
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the clinical / medical field, e.g. as an IT project manager or as a doctor or nurse with experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of holistic project management and its individual phases (requirements management, stakeholder communication, implementation)
- Practical knowledge of hospital IT or alternatively a very good understanding of this from application
- Communicative and analytical character
- Very good written and spoken German
