Senior Group Controller
We are currently seeking a Senior Group Controller for a remote role based in Germany .
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Analyze and report monthly and quarterly Group results
- Prepare Top class Group presentations for Management / Investors
- Own all Group reporting and planning (forecasts and budgets) processes; develop targeted
- action plans in case of deviations (Act vs. Plan / PY)
- Lead liquidity reporting and planning for the business
- Key business partner for international managers and Global Board
- Build, assess, propose business cases / financing / investment plans
- Responsible for ad-hoc financial analysis and other special projects (M&A)
- Further development of Lucanet and other digital processes
SKILLS REQUIRED :
- Senior professional (minimum 5 years of experience as a controller in a Holding structure),with a high level of self-motivation and responsibility
- Consulting / corporate finance / corporate banking / treasury experience would be an asset
- Advanced competence in cash flow management and liquidity planning
- Team-player with a well-structured, organized and solutions-driven mind-set
- Strong business acumen with a "think outside the box" ability
- Comfort to report, interact and initiate challenging discussions with Senior Management
- Excellent presentation (PowerPoint) and reporting skills (knowledge of Excel and Power BI)
- Top financial / accounting skills with competence to deliver sophisticated analysis
- Graduate of Business / Finance / Controlling / Accounting studies, preferably a graduate degree
- Multicultural, cosmopolitan profile with strong command of English and German language
- Ideally Chartered Accountant / Financial Analyst
- Confident handling of Lucanet, sound knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Fluent in German and English
