Admissions Team Assistant (m / f / x) as a working student
Your future tasks :
The diverse range of responsibilities includes the following areas :
- As an organizational talent, you will be responsible for scheduling interviews with applicants
- You check international university degrees and are responsible for the preparation of study contracts and shipping
- You will be responsible for ongoing documentation and management of application materials
- You will independently enter and continuously maintain data records in our CRM tool
Your profile :
- You are an enrolled student
- You are independent, organized, and professional in your approach to tasks
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- You have advanced proficiency in MS Office
- You complete tasks on time with precision and accuracy
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working in a small dedicated team
