WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 3 yearsofcommunitymanagementexperience, withexposuretocommunityevents, online engagement, ordistributedcommunitiesbeingadvantageous
• Demonstratedproficiency in projectmanagement, includinga track recordofsuccessfullyleadingprograms and processes
• Ability tostrategicallyaligncommunityobjectiveswithoverarchingbusinessgoals and viewthecommunityfrom a strategicbusinessperspective
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset, a solution-oriented approach, and commitment to continuous growth.
• Exhibit a high degreeofindependence and personal responsibility in executingtasks and projects
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in bothlanguages : German and English
• Background in themedicalfieldisconsideredadvantageous
