Your tasks
- Conceptualize, copywrite and implement CRM measures for our lottery portfolio and fully deploy your creativity on them
- Build and optimize campaigns spanning over the entire customer life cycle based on data and employ them on personalized and automated basis for different existing customer segments
- Validate new ideas via A / B tests and customer surveys and use the insights gained for continuous optimization and additional development

- You combine creativity with performance-oriented thinking, analytical skills and a structured, independent way of working
- You are well organized, reliable, have a quick grasp and like to learn new things
- You speak German at a native level and communicate fluently in English
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of media, communication sciences or economics and have at least three years of professional experience in the field of CRM / business2consumer marketing
