The GlobalStrategic Account Director for Cytiva is responsible for growth andexpansion of direct sales and profit margins within assignedaccounts and / or territory / region on products or services.

Establishes professional relationships with key personnel incustomer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable salesvolume and margindollars.

This position is partof the Global Strategic Accounts team located in BiotechnologyIntegrated Solutions and will be fully remote.

Whatyou will do :

  • Develop and lead strategy,partnerships and teams supporting Cytiva's largest globalaccounts.
  • Create and lead executiveinteractions, collaborations, and negotiations. Develop lasting andimpactful relationships at the C-suite level that position Cytivaand Danaher as strategic partners.
  • Resolvecomplex or unusual business problems by applying advanced criticalthinking coordinates company-wide resources to providecomprehensive solutions based on the entire product and servicesportfolio across Cytiva.
  • Negotiate withknowledge and capacity when dealing with highly complexrelationships which could occur simultaneously with customers,partners, competitors or suppliers within a multi-culturalcontext.

Whoyou are :

  • Musthave a natural executive presence with prior senior-levelexperience in Life Science or a similarindustry.
  • A creative and visionary mindset withdemonstrated leadership ability to implement overall customerstrategy and drive growth.
  • Ability tonegotiate with senior leaders across the business and influencesthe opinions of others within Cytiva and Danaher and in externalorganizations, exercising sensitivity to theaudience.
  • 10 years+ experience in the lifesciences, biotechnology and biopharmaceutical industry and markettrends, as well as readily assimilate technical knowledge andtranslate into businessopportunities.
  • Bachelor’s required. Advancedscientific degree and an MBA arepreferred.
