Your Job
- Creation and ownership of Business Unit-specific marketing plans
- Establish specific KPIs and ensure necessary reporting is in place to measure effectiveness and optimize results
- Conduct monthly and quarterly reports to key stakeholders to ensure business goals are being tracked and met
- Effectively analyse data to make decisions and deliver measurable results
- Development of the global marketing strategy, annual marketing plan for 1 or more Business Units / Solutions
- Content owner for the global digital applications and social media content.
- Management and delivery of marketing Business Units / Solution-specific marketing campaigns. Brief external parties and ensure they deliver within the timeline and budget
Your Profile
- Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree in marketing / communications or similar degree
- Good communication skills - Fluent English / Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- 4-6 years previous experience in marketing focused on strategic marketing
- Minimum of 4 years of B2B marketing experience
- Ideally first experience in the healthcare business from a supplier’s perspective or alternative from within a healthcare company
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Ability to influence others to achieve targets
- Office or home-based position
- Self-starter, highly motivated, ability to work independently, as a member of a team, or taking direction from a supervisor
