Your mission
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans for systems, subsystems, and components, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
- Lead test automation efforts using Robot Framework or similar tools, continuously improving processes through CI / CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including FMEA, safety requirements, and test reports.
- Innovate with the resources at hand to design and build automated test benches for both internal and external testing purposes.
- Collaborate closely with R&D, engineering, and production teams to streamline test procedures and ensure early identification of issues.
- Ensure compliance with industry-standard testing methodologies and certification standards.
- Drive test automation to reduce manual intervention, contributing to STABL's goal of scalable, reliable energy storage solutions.
Your profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in test engineering, preferably in power electronics or energy storage industries.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English. German skills are nice to have.
What You Bring
- Extensive experience with test automation frameworks like Robot Framework, as well as proficiency in Python and C.
- Familiarity with building automated test benches and hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) testing.
- Strong background in test documentation and FMEA analysis, with a keen eye for detail.
- Knowledge of power electronics, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and communication protocols.
- Knowledge of CI / CD tools and processes for seamless test integration.
- Hands-on experience with git for version control.
- Ability to work in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum).
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Understanding of communication protocols and battery storage systems.
- Knowledge of power engineering or automation.
