The Rastatt plant, with around 6, employees, has been producing the all-electric EQA compact model since 1. The plant is also responsible for the production of the A-Class, B-Class and GLA compact vehicles with combustion engines and plug-in hybrids.
In future, new entry luxury models based on the MMA platform (Mercedes Modular Architecture) will roll off the production line at the plant.
In the Entry Luxury segment, the company will significantly upgrade the technological substance of its products. With these changes, Mercedes-Benz is repositioning itself in the segment and responding even more precisely to the wishes of demanding customers.
Your tasks :
- Operating and running body-in-white systems
- Loading the body-in-white systems / insertion work
- Ensuring quality and quantity
- Eliminating process faults on body-in-white systems
- Carrying out simple maintenance activities independently
- Supporting maintenance with troubleshooting
- Analyzing the causes of faults and documenting them in the systems
- Correcting robot programs (teaching)
Qualifikationen
Requirements :
- Completed vocational training as an industrial electronics technician, electrician for automation technology, mechatronics technician, process mechanic / coating technician, industrial mechanic with experience in automation technology or comparable training
- Experience as a plant operator / plant manager in an industrial environment
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good written and spoken German
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and strong quality awareness
