Company Description
Renesas is seeking a self-driven, motivated, and enthusiastic senior professional to join the Microcontroller Product Marketing Team.
As Director for a HPC 32 Bit Microcontroller product line , the candidate will be responsible for managing Global 32 Bit Microcontroller development and coordination to help position Renesas for leadership in focused automotive and industrial applications by leveraging product knowledge, application expertise, business development, strong 3rd party relationships and internal cross-functional collaboration with OEMs, Tier 1 and partners.
Implement platform & solution selling at the specified OEMs, Tier 1s and Broader Market. Work together with BU and Sales team to support and manage customers design cycle from prototyping to mass production by providing planning, execution and support for the products.
- Develop relevant executive relationship with customer’s R&D and purchasing management, implement strategic initiatives and driving application discussions with relevant teams inside the organization.
- Significant work experience in OEM and Tier 1 business and related requirements.
- Minimum 10 years of Automotive Semiconductor industry related experience with experience in Product Marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to manage project teams to achieve targets and increase OEM, Tier 1 and Broader Market penetration.
