Your Tasks
- Lead the development and execution of robust global eCommerce channel strategies for designated regions, business units, or categories
- Guide, mentor, and expand a high-performing global eCommerce team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Identify and optimize tools and technologies to enhance sales performance
- Oversee sales and P&L for pure-play eCommerce retailers, ensuring the overall financial health of the channel
- Ensure top-tier product and brand presentation across all online platforms, optimizing content, and promotional strategies
- Collaborate with Channel Marketing ensuring continuous improvement
- Manage sales forecasting, reporting, and strategic analyses
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with deep expertise in eCommerce and digital marketing, particularly in performance marketing
- Leadership experience, preferably in a global setting
- Comprehensive understanding of online retail and marketplace dynamics, with affinity for IT and a track record of optimizing processes and structures
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in using analytics tools for strategic decisions
- Exceptional communication skills with success in negotiations with international key accounts
- Fluency in English is required, proficiency in additional languages, particularly German, is a plus
- Willingness to travel internationally
