We are looking for dynamic individuals to lead our sales efforts in different countries.
Job Requirements :
- Prepare a business plan for implementation of izmocars sales strategy in your territory.
- Business development in the automotive market, the target being large dealer groups, OEMs and Advertising Agencies.
- Cold call on new prospects, setup meetings and regularly follow up prospects.
- Build a pipeline of prospects and close new business opportunities with automotive dealers, repair shop chains etc.
- Develop, negotiate and close new business opportunities with clients.
- Demonstrate izmocars solutions and communicate our value proposition to technical, marketing and management audience.
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history and provide appropriate reports to izmocars management.
- Meet and exceed individual business development and sales quotas.
- Work closely with marketing and technical team with an active commitment to client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements :
- Degree level or equivalent education.
- Self managed, highly motivated, success driven sales professional.
- Minimum experience of 10 years in sales with a proven successful track record in solutions sales.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with external / internal key contacts and C level decision makers to build long-term relationships.
- Deep knowledge of the automotive industry preferably with prior experience in automotive retail with large dealer group or OEM
- Strong network of contacts within the automotive industry.
- Understanding of online web retail solutions as applicable to the automotive industry, preferably with experience in sales in that area.
- Understanding of Google search, online advertising, and emerging internet solutions.
- Knowledge of dealership operations in all areas of sales, service and finance.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Ability to give stand up presentations.
- Fluency in the local language and English.
- Excellent organizational, planning, work prioritization and time management skills.
- Knowledge of using CRM systems, Microsoft office etc.
