OFFICE MANAGER (M/F/X)

ST. ROBO is a design studio specialized in creative direction, production design and visual content for live entertainment & spaces.

Based in Berlin and Wuppertal we work with an experienced creative team of designers, motion graphics artists, technical operators and software coders to ensure highest quality at every step of the way.

Tasks

• Managing and organizing daily office operations.
• Scheduling appointments and meetings.
• Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members.
• Responsibility for social media channels and website updates
• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Processing invoices and expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Overseeing office maintenance and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
• Assisting with project coordination and tracking deadlines.
• Streamlining workflows and suggesting improvements.
• A capable and self-motivated worker who solves problems before they arise.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.

Basic understanding of budgeting, expense tracking, and invoicing.

Knowledge of social media

Meticulous in maintaining accurate records and documents.

A keen eye for identifying errors and inconsistencies.

Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with diverse groups.

An in-depth understanding of both technical and creative processes.

The ability to push a team to deliver high-quality work.

German in B1 is required for this position.
