IT Project Manager (m / f / d)

Your tasks
- Responsibility for project management as part of the introduction of a new ERP system across all locations
- Ensuring project deliverability on the basis of the agreed content and deadlines
- Coordinating and managing the coordination of technical requirements as part of the project assignment
- Responsibility for the management and technical leadership of internal and external project staff, including close coordination with the IT manager with regard to budget funds
- Reporting to contractors and clients in the agreed cycles, including the creation of management-oriented presentations
- Creation of management-oriented presentations and implementation of workshops
- Management of any other IT projects in the division with special significance for the company
Your profile :
- A completed technical university degree (computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering or comparable) or a comparable educational background, career changers from other fields of practice with appropriate qualifications are also welcome
- Initial experience in the management of IT projects with corresponding process and methodological expertise, ideally with appropriate certification
- Strong communication and coordination skills as well as a structured way of working
- Assertiveness and persuasiveness to drive forward solutions in the interests of the company
- Ability to motivate and lead employees
- Fluency in German and a good command of written and spoken English
- High resilience and willingness to travel regularly to our production site in Norderstedt.
