As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled IT Onsite Support Specialist to join our team for a temporary 3 month assignment, with the possibility of long-term employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive IT support for our Apple Mac and Google Suite environment.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for end-user support, communicating effectively in non-technical terms.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and products to enhance support capabilities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize the performance and efficiency of our collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence).
- Utilize expertise in Jamf, Okta, and Atlassian to streamline IT operations and enhance security.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Macbooks and MacOS systems, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Demonstrate exceptional triage and problem-solving skills to address issues promptly and effectively.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Support Engineering or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a keen attention to detail.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and products.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Medium to advanced hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Jamf, Okta, and Atlassian tools.
- Familiarity with Macbooks and MacOS.
- Strong triage and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of resolving complex issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in German is a plus).
- Candidates must provide criminal record no older than 3 months.
