What you can expect
- Act as a domain specialist in client origination, providing technical expertise and support during client interactions, presentations, and proposal development.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and leading workshops to identify value and solutions, thereby influencing strategic direction for pursued opportunities.
- Craft compelling narratives to illustrate how Accenture can partner with clients to achieve desired outcomes, while developing winning value propositions for Aftersales at the European level as an active member of the pre-sales ecosystem.
- Gain recognition for domain expertise and earn endorsements from account teams, contributing to key wins and establishing a European Practice identity for Aftersales managed services.
What we are looking for
- Aftersales for Industrials , Transportation and automotive : deep knowledge of the ecosystem and activities around technical support and assistance, asset performance monitoring and optimization, maintenance operations, spare parts management, warranty management, technical documentation.
- Technical Support, Maintenance, and Spare Parts Management : Skilled in troubleshooting, repair, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
- Field Service Operations and Warranty Management : Experienced in technician scheduling, coordination, software utilization, policies, claims processing, and negotiation.
- Technical Publication Authoring and CRM : Proficient in documentation standards, content creation, CRM systems, managing interactions, and fostering relationships.
- Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance : Knowledgeable in industry standards, skilled in conducting audits and assessments.
- Industry Experience : Background in management consulting / advisory services within the resources industry. Strategic vision for the engineering services market and talent technology landscape.
- Innovation and Client Engagement : Proven ability to drive innovation, with a strong technology quotient and a vision for using digital technologies to transform practices and client experiences.
