Head of Server Operations

YOUR MISSION

• Lead and manage the Server Operations team , overseeing the day-to-day operation of Windows and Linux servers
• Ensure the reliability , availability , and performance of the server infrastructure
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency , scalability , and resiliency of the IT infrastructure
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to align server operations with broader IT and business strategies
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the server infrastructure

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

• Extensive experience in IT infrastructure operations , with a strong focus on server management at a significant scale
• Deep understanding and experience with ITIL operations processes
• In-depth knowledge of both Windows and Linux server environments
• A global perspective with the ability to bring in best practices from diverse IT environments
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse technical team
• Very good knowledge of German and English , both written and spoken
