Indirect Procurement Manager (all genders)

Kaiser + Kraft , a strong brand of TAKKT Group is seeking motivated individuals to join their team in Europe as Procurement Manager Indirect (all genders) to shape the future of work!

Tasks :

• Management of selected product categories within indirect procurement
• Development of a procurement strategies for selected product categories
• Analysis and optimization of procurement processes
• Partner relationship management of suppliers of selected categories
• Develop, maintain and optimize a competitive pool of suppliers for selected product groups
• Ensure compliant contract life-cycle management
• Manage contract approval process in accordance with internal policies
• Manage RFQ process for selected categories
• Ensure the implementation of new laws or guidelines with suppliers (e.g. Code of Conduct, Minimum Requirements)
• Harmonization and improvement of procurement conditions within the TAKKT Industrial & Packaging Division
• Improve processes and support the digitalization of indirect procurement within I&P
• Close cooperation with consuming departments and legal

Profile :

• Must be fluent in German and English
• Must have a good understanding of legal terms in German and English
• Must have at least 3 years experience in procurement in common indirect spend categories
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills
• Project management skills
