As a Risk Management Expert (f / m / d) your responsibility will be to ensure that the organization acts in accordance with 43 GmbH, 1 StaRuG concerning strategical and operative risk management.

You will support the optimization of our global risk management and insurance activities and will act as an advisor for the TecAlliance subsidiaries in identifying, managing and documenting occurring impacts, risks and opportunities, strategically based on the models of COSO I and COSO II as well as on insurance needs.

This includes the following tasks and responsibilities :

• Streamlining the risk management approaches globally within TecAlliance
• Monitoring, controlling, and managing corporate risks through risk identification, risk analysis, risk quantification, risk aggregation, risk assessment, risk communication, and final risk management
• Creating stress tests and scenario analyses
• Creating risk management analyses for ad hoc requests or in projects such as new business opportunities, M&A opportunities, etc.

• Supporting the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance in the design and introduction of new guidelines and procedural instructions regarding risk management, including explanations of the associated guidelines
• Providing risk management education and consultancy for risk owners or other individuals responsible for risk management
• Establishing regular risk reporting
• Identifying insurance needs
• Implementing and rolling out insurances

What you bring along :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, or a similar field with a focus on finance, controlling, auditing, or accounting.

A master’s degree is a plus.

• 5+ years of international relevant professional experience in internal control systems, risk management, auditing, and / or process analysis and optimization.
• Knowledge of project management, controlling, and data analysis preparation.
• Good understanding of business processes and the complex requirements of a globally active business.
• Strong analytical skills with holistic and interdisciplinary thinking.
• Responsible, goal-oriented, and independent working style; structured and organized.
• Patient and solution-oriented with a constructive approach.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team while maintaining high quality standards.
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication skills, strong intercultural and social skills.
• Confident use of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.

Contract & Salary

All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months)

Full Remote* or hybrid : we work 80-100% remotely; however we have regular on-site team events and you can work at any of our sites in Germany.
