Your responsibilities

• Fachspezifische Planungsverantwortung mit Schwerpunkt in Klima-, Lüftungs-, Heizungs- und Kältetechnik, anlagentechnischer Brandschutz, Sanitärtechnik
• Erstellen von Planungsleistungen (Leistungsphasen HOAI 1 bis 9)
• Technische Koordination und Qualitätssicherung der Fachplanung ausführender Firmen oder externer TGA-Planer : innen
• Koordination sowie Verhandlungen mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten
• Mitwirkung bei der Planungsterminplanung / -kontrolle, Prüfung
• Überwachung der Ausführungsqualitäten, Abnahme der Leistungen
• Technische Unterstützung bei der Auftragsvergabe, des Rechnungswesens und Nachtragsmanagements
• Auftragsschriftverkehr sowie technische Dokumentation

Your profile

• Hochschulstudium der Versorgungstechnik / TGA oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. in Heizungs-, Klima-, Sanitärtechnik)
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektierung gebäudetechnischer Anlagen, vorzugsweise im Industriebau sowie in der Steuerung und Abwicklung von Projekten der TGA
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD Anwendungen, gerne mit 3D / BIM-Erfahrung und fachspezifischer Auslegungssoftware
• Praxisorientiertes Handeln und Fähigkeit, das Wesentliche im Auge zu behalten, Teamfähigkeit, Engagement
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
