Offshore Planning
The Customer Project Execution Department oversees all wind farm projects from start to completion. The team takes responsibility for a wind farm once a contract has been signed and remains responsible until the final tests are completed.
This includes the standard installation, commissioning and final handover of the wind farms to our customers. Working closely together with the customer, suppliers and other stakeholders is a key parameter to keep the project on budget, schedule as well as that our extensive safety and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee Primavera planning for offshore projects during the bidding and Turbine Supply Agreement negotiations
- Optimize individual project schedules to align with customer and Vestas' requirements
- Develop and evaluate multiple planning scenarios
- Collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project programs meet all relevant standards and expectations
- Adapt plans to address evolving project needs and requirements
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination throughout the planning process
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of planning techniques and tools, ideally Primavera P6
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, or a related field
- Over 3 years of experience in planning large-scale projects
- Experience in project management roles
- Skilled in working within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
- Familiarity with risk management practices
- Fluent in English
