We’re seeking an entrepreneurial Team Lead for Depot Workshop Equipment experts to spearhead innovation, inspire a dedicated global team, and make a lasting impact on international railway projects.

- Take charge of a distributed team of specialists, guiding them to exceed technical requirements and navigate sophisticated interfaces in international railway systems.

- Deliver unparalleled operational excellence that not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our internal and external partners, all while nurturing positive and enduring relationships.
- Empower your team through mentorship, providing them with the knowledge, training, and tools they need to stay ahead of market developments and industry trends.
- Lead all aspects of contract and regulatory compliance with precision, ensuring clear communication and transparency at every stage of the process.
What do you bring along?
- A university degree or equivalent experience in engineering (mechanical, electrical, traffic engineering, or similar) is required.
- Extensive experience in rail-bound transportation systems makes you a domain expert in depot overall and maintenance planning, maintenance equipment sourcing, and implementation.
- Experience in international environments and previous leadership roles will set you apart, though it's not a strict requirement.
- Strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, and Eye for business, making you adept at leading diverse, successful teams.
- Proficiency in technical requirements and project management.
- Professional-level English, with additional language skills in German or other languages being a plus.
- Open to regular international travel (up to 50%).
