Technical Service Support Engineer DACH
To be located remotely anywhere in Germany.
The Role :
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders, capturing customer needs and market information for product development.
- Create and deliver promotional material for Jinko solar products, including technical presentations both live and online.
- Provide comprehensive Pre-and After-Sales technical support to European Sales Teams and Customers, including contract review, technical document provision, PVSyst simulations, defect and claim resolution, and performance analysis.
- Enhance the internal TS Database and ensure efficient, timely responses to Customer and Sales Team inquiries.
- Engage with external entities such as laboratories and research institutes.
- Contribute to team activities, including internal training, customer webinars, workshops and trade fairs.
- Support the China headquarters Technical Service department as needed.
- willing and able to travel approximately 25% of the time.
- Experience in energy storage systems a big plus
You :
- degree in engineering, physics, or a related field
- First experience in technical sales of PV modules.
- strong technical knowledge of PV modules, systems, and renewable energy technologies.
- excellent ommunication and interpersonal skills.
- willing and able work both independently and as part of a team.
- analytical and problem-solving skills.
- proficient in German and English.
Work Environment : This position requires some travel to customer sites or industry events.
