Responsibilities :
The Talent Acquisition Hub in Germany is seeking someone to join our team who is passionate for building strong relationships & driving a positive customer experience as a Talent Expert for Freudenberg.

Global Impact : Shaping recruiting strategies for diverse Business Groups across an international landscape
Influence & Collaborate : Collaborating closely HR Professionals & Hiring Managers to understand business needs, while attracting top talent
Full-Cycle Recruiting : Driving the entire recruitment process from start to finish, keeping the process on task & ensuring high quality, fast results
Innovative Sourcing : Developing & implementing strategic, multichannel, proactive sourcing approaches
Talent Development : Building & managing a robust talent pipeline
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Professional experience as a Talent Partner for the full-cycle recruitment process; experience for an industrial company or agency preferred
Business level English & German
