Director Global Internal Communications (f / m / d)

What this job looks like

Work closely together with the Head of Corporate Development, ESG, and Internal Communications to implement and develop the internal communications strategy aligned to company goals

Manage the day-to-day aspects of internal communications : preparing and hosting global calls, moderating the Global Teams channel, drafting and aligning announcements, managing intranet and events calendar content, etc.

Drive initiatives to further increase transparency, as well as employee engagement and collaboration across locations and functions

Inform and engage employees to the company mission, vision, and values

Write and edit engaging content, create presentations, and deliver messages effectively to different audiences

Translate complex information into clear, concise language that is easy for employees to understand

Work cross-functionally with different departments to ensure consistent communications aligned with business priorities

Your Profile

Minimum of five years’ experience in internal communications or a related field, in a global company

Ability to balance strategic and hands-on work

Good understanding of the software industry is a plus

Excellent project management, analytical thinking, and communication skills

Proven success in developing and executing strategic communications plans

Strong understanding of different communication channels, such as social media, email, and intranets

Ability to build relationships across different levels of the organisation and work collaboratively with other departments

Ability to listen actively, communicate effectively, and adapt communication style to different audiences

Business fluent in English and German
