The Pathways Leadership Internship is a 10-12 week full-time opportunity inour operations network for students enrolled in an MBAMScMEng or PhD programand with 3 to 10 years of experience in a complex role.

Enrolled in an MBAMScPhD program and available for 10-12 weeks betweenJune and October to work full time - Between 3 and 10 years of complex professional experience (excludinginternships and work studies) with responsibility for project management anddelivery - Very good command of German and English (CEFR B2) at the time ofapplication - Flexible to work in non-traditional shift patterns, which may includenights and weekends - Open to relocate within the country you have applied to work within - Analytical skills and sound business judgement ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Professional experience in management, logistics, manufacturing or similar - Demonstrable decision-making and reasoning skills - Direct management experience for employees - Experience setting and improving KPIs - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies Our Pathways internship requires a minimum 10-week commitment between June andOctober.
