Overview of tasks :
- Leading, managing and motivating a team of Quality Analysts
- Delivering insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across the program
- Acting as a primary point of contact between Quality Analysts and our Business Partner
- Assuring the standards of consultative sales by monitoring quality results and progress
- Surfacing analytical insights to improve the experience of our advertisers with our team of digital experts
- Implementing and driving quality process and structure
- Responsible for the delivery of quality metrics on monthly and quarterly basis
Main requirements for the position :
- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in quality manager role or similar position
- Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to influence other departments using data-driven analysis
- Proactivity and ability to think outside the box
- Good analytical skills and understanding of numbers
- Good understating of Business terminology and acronyms
- Excel and PowerPoint or Google suite skills
- Networking platform active user
- Can effectively present his department and the achievements externally and internally
- Energetic and natural leader who can lead and motivate a team
- Can express complex matters with simple words to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Readiness to work from the office
