Your tasks
You will be involved in the preventive quality assurance of products and processes in series production as well as in development.
You will also further develop measurement technology concepts for the laboratory and measuring room.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that production batches are released on time. You will moderate quality meetings and provide support in solving problems and defining measures.
- You will manage the quality and materials technology department and be responsible for product and process approvals, both internally and externally.
- You are responsible for production monitoring and product audits and derive areas for action from the results.
- You work across locations and are in regular contact with various specialist departments and customers.
- You will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of a team.
Your profile
- You are a committed team player, self-confident and assertive.
- You work independently, are process-oriented and have a quick grasp of things. You also have a high sense of quality and responsibility.
- You have relevant experience in materials technology in the field of iron casting, knowledge of measurement technology and several years of specific professional experience in an iron foundry.
- You have successfully completed a degree with a focus on materials technology, foundry technology or a comparable technical field.
- Your written and spoken German and English skills are very good.
- You have knowledge of the "Automotive Core Tools" and are confident in using MS Office applications.
