The EMEA Service Lead (f / m / d) for Mammotome isresponsible for providing troubleshooting and technical assistancefor capital equipment issues in addition to improving overalldepartment efficiency and performance.

Thisposition is part of the Global Service Organization located in Quickborn , Germany and will be on-site . At Mammotome, our passion is drivinginnovative technologies that create efficiencies, while neverforgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is apatient.

You will be a part ofthe Global Service Organization and report to the Senior Manager,Global Service Operations responsible for providing onsite supportwith the execution of daily operations, EH&S projects andpartners with management to make improvements to the overalloperation.

In this role, youwill have the opportunityto :

• Utilize daily managementactivities and KPIs to monitor progress and continuously improveservice center operations and operationalefficiencies.
• Help to define and executeproject scope, goals and deliverables in coordination withmanagement and key stakeholders.
• Lead andsupport the execution of Environmental Health and Safety projectsfor service in support of sitegoals.
• Effectively and efficiently conductrepairs in accordance with prescribed repairprocedures.

Theessential requirements of the jobinclude :

• Associate’s degreein engineering, technology or business isrequired.
• Several years’ experience in aservice or manufacturing environmentrequired.
• Knowledge with ERP systems requiredwith specific proficiency in SAPpreferred.
• Demonstrated experience in takinginitiative and concern for planning, time utilization, and costcontainment.
• Excellent communication skills,both written and verbal combined with strong leadership skills andthe ability to gain followership and drive results through settingexpectations and building a results drivenculture.
• Action oriented individual who ishighly proactive at solving problem, working collaboratively andobtaining results.
• 10% travel with a mix ofdomestic and international locations
• Fluent inGerman and inEnglish

Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein :

medical device industryand familiarity with FDA regulated environment would be aplus.
