Position Overview :
As a Senior Atlassian Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful implementation of Atlassian solutions for clients.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional expertise in Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence, along with a strong background in automation, configuration, and various frameworks.
This role requires a proactive individual capable of independently managing projects and overseeing a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute Atlassian projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers working on Atlassian solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and recommend optimal Atlassian solutions.
- Implement and customise Atlassian tools to meet clients' specific needs.
- Utilise automation and configuration expertise to enhance workflow efficiency.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Atlassian technologies.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment within the team.
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Senior Atlassian Consultant or similar role.
- Proficiency in German is highly desirable, but we will also consider English-speaking candidates.
- Extensive knowledge of automation, configuration, and various frameworks within the Atlassian ecosystem.
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Expertise in JIRA and Confluence administration and customisation.
- Ability to independently manage projects and mentor a team of developers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to occasionally travel to the office; primarily remote work.
