As Business Development Manager you will be involved in actively engaging with potential customers, nurturing relationships and ensuring that they are getting the right information at the right time to commit to our ChoViva and sign a contract.
Write offers and convert customers together with the CEO and the Lead Sales & Partnerships. Tasks As a Business Development Manager, you will be involved in actively engaging with potential customers, starting from the first touchpoint to finding the right ChoViva recipe and application to signing the contract.
Be at the forefront of creating awesome new ChoViva products that can be bought all over Germany and beyond! You will work closely together with the CEO and the Lead Sales & Partnerships, but also our R&D and production team.
Account Management : Coordinate the technological, marketing and production requirements of our customers in exchange with our internal teams.
Project Management : Manage timelines, milestones and targets. Work with huge multinational customers in challenging technical, regulatory & political environments.
Support our customers by positioning ChoViva within their existing product portfolio. Increase our volumes with existing customers.
Define a general business development strategy together with the CEO and the Head of Sales and break it down to single customers.
Requirements Who are you : You have a passion for food, innovation, and sustainability! Excitement for working in a dynamic startup environment at a fast pace! You have relevant work experience in account-, project- or customer success management and ideally already gained experience in the food industry You love to juggle multiple tasks, take high responsibilities and always strive to make your customers happy Previous engagement with major multinational corporations.
Enthusiasm and interest in technology and chemistry. Exceptional communication skills in English and native-level German .
