We are currently supporting XEMPUS, Europe s leading independent Software-as-Service (SaaS) platform for the distribution of pension and life insurance with the mission of making pension and life insurance digitally understandable, efficient, and accessible for everyone.

XEMPUS is seeking a Senior Project Manager Implementation- SaaS to lead the implementation of their SaaS for their clients.

YOUR DAILY BUSINESS WILL INVOLVE

• As a central point of contact, you will look after our insurer customers for the entire XEMPUS product portfolio
• You will be responsible for the successful connection of our software to their systems
• You will plan, manage, control and document our customer projects and, of course, always keep an eye on time, costs and quality
• You take customer needs and feedback and represent them to the product development teams
• Of course, you actively engage in stakeholder management internally and externally and regularly coordinate on progress and challenges
• Several years of experience in project management (hybrid and agile)
• 5 years of experience in supporting SaaS implementation projects at customers' sites / Product Owner
• Strong experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
• Structured way of working
• Drive and enthusiasm for an industry that is only at the beginning of digitalization
• German at native speaker level, good knowledge of English
