Your Responsibilities Corporate Finance Lawyer Law firm Laws Regulatory

• You will handle acquisitions , mergers , and restructurings .
• Managing direct contact with your clients will be part of your daily tasks.
• You will be responsible for ensuring legal monitoring to stay informed about any market changes.
• You will guide and support junior collaborators.
• You will act as an advisor to your clients.
• You will draft and review juridical documents such as agreements, contracts or resolutions.

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a corporate M&A lawyer in a law firm in Luxembourg, which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.
• You are fluent in English , ensuring effective communication with both clients and third parties.
• A strong background in mergers and acquisitions is essential for efficiency in your role.
• You possess strong communication skills to foster positive relationships with your clients and collaborators.
