Job Description

wondder is a Berlin-based startup focusing on training in Virtual Reality (VR). They provide Leadership Development solutions using Virtual Reality and ethical Artificial Intelligence with the latest scientific research.

To complement wondder's team we are currently looking fully remote for a

Partner Sales & New Business Development (m / f / d)

Your tasks :

Responsible for building and maintaining strategic B2B partnerships

Identify potential partnership opportunities with other companies, such as coaching training companies, HR consulting practices, etc.

Evaluate potential partners, negotiate agreements, and managing ongoing relations to drive mutual business success

Set the sales fundamentals to scale up in the near future the sales partnership function

Your profile :

Proven experience and track record in start up B2B sales / partnership / new business development

Experience in the technology industry and strong digital affinity is mandatory

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong business acumen with a growth mindset

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

Previous experience in sales in Leadership Development, DE&I and / or VR will be considered a strong plus
