Your tasks
Project coordination and contract fulfillment :
- Management and monitoring of national and international projects
- Ensuring contract fulfillment for customer and internal projects
Project planning and reporting :
- Creation and maintenance of project plans
- Regular progress reports in cooperation with global group units
Customer coordination and meeting organization :
- Coordination of technical and organizational issues with customers
- Organization and documentation of meetings
Project coordination in SAP :
Definition and adjustment of project processes in SAP
Collaboration and SAP development :
- Collaboration with specialist departments, IT and quality management for SAP optimization
- Participation in system adaptations, testing and documentation
Your profile
- Completed studies in technology, natural sciences or industrial engineering
- Experience in managing projects in the million-digit range
- Strong technical know-how, knowledge of PVD
- Analytical thinking and organizational talent
- Affinity for cross-functional processes and system-supported project management tools
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
- Strong communication skills in German and English
