Work Student Video Creation and Editing (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are passionate about leveraging social media to engage our audience and expand our social media presence. We are seeking a talented Social Media Work Student to join our team and assist in managing our video content across various platforms.

• Collaborate globally in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to define the most appropriate content by channel / product / topic
• Assist in creating, editing, curating, and scheduling video content for our social media channels, with a focus on video platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.
• Monitor and analyze video performance metrics across platforms to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in video content creation and social media.
• Support the production process by assisting with video shoots, editing, and post-production tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop videos that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Strong interest in social media marketing, particularly in video content creation and optimization.
• Fluency in English is mandatory and fluency in German is preferred, further languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in a video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, iMovie) and familiarity with graphic design tools (e.

g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging content.
• First professional experience (e.g. through an internship or working student position) in tech industry is an advantage.

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.390,00€ for a 20h / week, 1.112,00€ for a 16h / week and 1.200,00€ for an Intern position.
