Software Engineer
Job Title : Software Developer Golang and Linux
Location : Remote in Germany
Fluent English required
Salary : up to €95,000!
Tasks :
- Developing and supporting our multiple modern scalable and high-performant Virtual Network Functions (VNF) Offerings of the company using a range of diverse technologies.
- Designing new features and adopting new technologies (both hardware and "Software defined") on different components of the VNF infrastructure.
- Cooperating with other teams to ensure the smooth integration of the new Virtual Network Functions with different products.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of software / system development experience.
- Proficiency in Golang and / or C / C++.
- Experience with the GNU toolchain (gcc, gdb, make, etc.), git; proficiency in Linux CLI.
Nice to have :
- Knowledge of TCP / IP protocol family, experience with Networking-related technologies like Open vSwitch, OpenFlow, VXLAN, VRF, eBPF.
- Experience with VPP & DPDK.
- Experience with cloud environments, kubernetes and virtualization technologies like KVM, QEMU, VirtIO.
- Experience in Linux Kernel internals.
- Experience with Linux system administration and automation.
