Agile Coach & Trainer (M/F/D)

We are looking for an experienced Agile Coach that would like to join our growing team. You will join to our team in organising and performing agile traning sessions with the partners and customers and creating a content for both Active Agile Academy and Active Agile Coaching.

Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the continuous Agile improvement process through individual and team coaching
• work closely with the agile chapter consisting of several agile coaches and scrum masters
• Accompanying and initiating the process of decision-making about the use of agile methods (e.g. Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking, Lean Start up) in the team and their implementation
• Responsibility for the agile process, compliance with the rules and removal of obstacles in the implementation of agile methods
• Preparation and organization of the regular appointments as well as moderation of the sprints / reviews / retrospectives / reports and other meetings as per need
• Promotion of the development of an agile mindset at team level through team coaching and support for resolving conflicts within the team and with interface departments
• Conducting Agile trainings for the onboarding of newly assembled teams and also on the client site

Qualifikation

• You have already played the Scrum Master role for several years in several agile projects as Scrum Master or Agile Coach (also on scaled levels).
• You have sound expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and scaled frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, etc.
• You take deep interest in the agile manifesto and exemplify the agile values
• Good knowledge of management 3.0 concepts
• You already have led Teams / Projects successfully through Agile and / or Lean transitions
• Previous experience as coach, trainer and moderator is a plus.
• You trust yourself to make impediments transparent and and also help in removing them as a Servant Leader.
• You have a deep understanding of communication, Group dynamics and coaching in combination with the ability to work in a team
• Empathy and persuasiveness are your strengths
• Curious to think outside the box
• Initiative and hands-on mentality
• Good communication skills and Good knowledge of software development
• Fluent knowledge of both English and German language
